No. We fold laundry and reset bedrooms, closets and living areas, plus kids' rooms and nurseries if you have them. We don't use cleaning products, including yours, and we don't do bathrooms, floors, dusting, surfaces or dishes.

Yes. An adult (18+) needs to be home for every visit. We don't do visits in an empty home, so please plan to be there while we work.

No. We fold, sort, hang and put away laundry that's already clean and dry. Laundry never leaves your home.

We gather them by the sink, set up your drying rack and restock storage bags and burp cloths. We don't wash or sanitize them, and we never touch the pump motor or tubing.

Yes. We offer daytime, evening and overnight visits, all at the same price. Overnight visits (9pm–6am) are 3 hours minimum. At night we keep things quiet: folding, putting away and light resets, while an adult is home.

Any mix of laundry (folded or on hangers, and put away), fresh sheets and made beds, bedrooms, closets and living areas, and unpacking packages: we put the items away and break down the boxes. If you have little ones: kids' rooms and playrooms, the nursery and pump station, sorting outgrown clothes and toy rotation. Tell us your priorities when you book and we'll start there.

We reset, we don't reorganize. We put things back where they already live, so your home looks like you want it to. We don't design new storage systems, shop for containers, or decide what to keep or toss.

Yes. Spare Hours is licensed, bonded and insured, and every team member is background checked.

Life is unpredictable, so we keep it simple. Reschedule or cancel for free up to 24 hours before your visit. A $60 deposit holds your visit and goes toward your total. Inside 24 hours, or if no adult is home when we arrive, we keep the deposit. Nothing else is charged.
